Installation plan
The Zhaga socket and protective cover/short-circuit cap combination is designed to transform and upgrade traditional street lamps to intelligent lighting systems. Compared to NEMA standard solutions, it not only improves aesthetics but also achieves cost savings.
By selecting sockets compatible with the Zhaga series lighting control and flexibly configuring light control, intelligent control, or infrared controllers according to project requirements, especially infrared control is suitable for indoor environments such as factories and underground garages, or integrated with intelligent lighting systems to promote urban lighting intelligence, demonstrating high adaptability and innovation.
Application of Zhaga socket with different light controllers
This zhaga light control has the same function as the traditional nema street light controller. It controls the switch of the street light through the brightness of the ambient light and reduces the cost.
This zhaga product design is mainly applied to the principle of infrared micro- wave induction. Through infrared induction of moving objects (cars or people in mo- tion), street light switches are controlled, which not only satisfies lighting needs but also saves electricity costs.
This series of light controller products are based on the ZHAGA BOOK18 inter-face standard development of smart Hui type rotary lock light controller, adopts light sensor + microwave mobile combined sensor, can output DALI Dimming signal. The light controller is suitable for roads, lawns, courtyards, parks, parking lots, industrial Lighting scenes such as mines.
zhaga book 18 Certificate
Zhaga is an alliance of leading global lighting companies aimed at promoting compatibility and interchangeability between lighting components through standardized interfaces. The Zhaga standard covers specifications for the dimensions, electrical interfaces, thermal management, mechanical fixation methods, and other aspects of various components such as LED modules, LED arrays, and LED light engines.
Among them, Zhaga Book 18 is a standard for dimmable LED modules. It specifies the size, interface, performance requirements, etc. of dimmable LED modules to ensure compatibility and interchangeability of dimmable LED modules produced by different manufacturers.
FAQ
This series of products is suitable for indoor and outdoor lighting scenarios such as roads, parks, shopping malls, offices, factories, parking garages, and homes. It is suitable for integrated installation of various types of lamps, such as street lamps, mining lamps, corridor lamps, wall lamps, etc.
Zhaga sockets are also suitable for outdoor lighting applications, and their design takes into account requirements such as waterproof, dustproof and corrosion resistance. By using special materials and sealing technology, it is ensured that the socket can still work stably in harsh environments. In addition, Zhaga sockets used outdoors must also meet IP protection grade standards.
Thermal management is taken into account in the design of Zhaga sockets, and metal materials and heat dissipation structures are usually used to effectively conduct and dissipate heat. In addition, the contact surface between the socket and the lamp is also optimized to improve the heat transfer efficiency and ensure that the LED module will not overheat during long-term operation.
The electrical interface design of the Zhaga socket is standardized to ensure the stability and safety of the electrical connection. The interface usually includes power input, data communication interface (such as DALI or DMX), and grounding terminal. The design of these interfaces complies with the standards of the Zhaga Alliance, ensuring that modules produced by different manufacturers can reliably connect and communicate.
The service life of the Zhaga socket depends on multiple factors, including material quality, working environment, and frequency of use. Generally speaking, a high-quality Zhaga socket can have a service life of up to 10 years or even longer under normal use conditions. Regular maintenance and inspection are also key to extending the service life.
The Zhaga socket fully considers safety in its design, including electrical safety, mechanical safety, and thermal management. The standardized electrical interface and grounding design ensure the safety of the electrical connection. In addition, the materials and structures of the socket are rigorously tested to prevent overheating, short circuits, and other potential safety hazards.
Zhaga sockets support intelligent lighting control, and through integrated data communication interfaces (such as DALI or DMX), remote control and adjustment of LED modules can be achieved. This allows users to adjust the brightness, color temperature and other parameters of the light through an intelligent control system to achieve a more intelligent and energy-saving lighting effect.
The compatibility of Zhaga sockets is guaranteed through strict standardized design and testing. The Zhaga Alliance has formulated detailed size, interface and performance requirements to ensure that sockets and modules produced by different manufacturers can be seamlessly connected. In addition, there are also specialized certification bodies on the market to test and certify products to ensure that they comply with Zhaga standards.
